Leave Her to Heaven (1945)

An old Japanese tale tells of a troubled samurai against a Zen Master to the concept of heaven and hell explain. The monk told him to go away and find out for themselves, which the angry samurai to a point where he drew his sword. "I could kill you for your brutality" he raged at the monk, "that" the monk replied, "is hell ". When he saw that his anger was really the hell samurai calmed down and thanked the monk for the lesson." and that "the monk said," is heaven "

The negative emotions experienced during a relationship break may be viewing in much the same way, heaven or hell. The road to heaven is long and rocky, but by aware of your emotions and the negative impact they have on your life you may be able to make better decisions and better results.

The more you learn and understand about both your emotions and your ex / partner a smoother break your will. Knowledge of your emotions you can have more control over them and also prevents you from more than react to emotional outbursts of your ex / partner. Let's be honest, I am not negative emotions move us to a happier place, in fact they do the opposite.

The next time you feel as having an emotional outburst or respond to someone else to ask your self this question "is this behavior moves me to drag me back to heaven or hell?"

Of course you should find out what problems your ex / partner, but they will be much easier to handle if you can keep your head. If you find that you can not talk to each other in a peaceful way also would be advised to take a long break and have no contact.

On the latter point, we live in today, so this moment is your life, not yesterday, not tomorrow, today. So what is it to be, heaven or hell? The choice is yours to be that long when you realize that fact.
