What was the supposedly "shocking" ending in the movie Hostel II?

I saw the first Hostel. It was cruel, bloody, and bloodthirsty. Hence, Although I like horror movies, I do not think I'll bother to see Hostel II. No offense if you like those movies and I commit the hypocrisy I am here to achieve, but I think they can pollute our minds. What should you ask, why on earth am I asked for the ending of Hostel II? I have a morbid sense of curiosity. I prefer horror films that incorporate supernatural elements and psychological thrill-like "The Hitcher" (as in the 1986 version, with Rutger Hauer and C. Thomas Howell), "Hellraiser ", And" Alien ".
