A Nightmare on Elm Street Halloween The Exorcist (original) The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) Night of the Living Dead (1968) An American Werewolf in London Hellraiser Friday the 13th Child's Play Jaws Christine Prom Night (original) Carrie Creepshow Evil Dead hey gimmie a break, I can not list every classic horror film ever made. these films were just at the top of my head. Anyway, I never thought of The Shining like a horror flick. more of a thriller / Suspense as Misery or The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. Just my opinion.
Awesome list, I LOVE horror movies! But not so much, An American Werewolf in London, & Jaws … Other than that rock on! The Exorcist scared the living shit out of me !!!!!! Ohh Chase is correct, The Shining was cool ..
